As two key suspects in the murder of businesswoman Mary Wambui prepare to answer to the charges on Monday, it has emerged Judy is called Wambui too, not Wangui as earlier stated.
According to DCI, Judy, the suspect in whose house Wamburi was killed was born in 1991 thereby making her 27 years old.
She is still locked up at Muthaiga police station and is said to be well groomed and uses make up while in remand.
Judy and and car hire dealer Michael Githae will take plea on Monday as they have been adversely mentioned in the case.
During probe, Githae said Ms Wambui (not Wangui) killed the woman by hitting her on the forehead with a pressure cooker.
She was allegedly dating Joseph Kori, husband of the late Wambui who was released from police custody after three weeks in Gigiri Police Station custody.
The postmortem found that late Wambui suffered nine killer blows to the head.
Wambui is expected to be charged with murder as evidence gathered allude to the act. Githae may also be charged with being an accomplice to murder or end up a state witness.
